You can cancel your order anytime until your order starts shipping. You can not cancel an order that
     is being shipped.

 We only accept returns if the item shipped to you are defective or damaged. Before taking handover your
     item please check the item in front of alekip item delivery person. The item should be returned to us within
    12 days from the delivery date in original packaging. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as
    we receive the return package. There is no cash refund. Return shipping cost shall be borne by alekip.com.
