Shipping Rules:
Ø We will deliver the books through courier or Register Book Post. Delivery time is depending on the shipping location. Generally it will take 10-15 days. If the selected books are not available with us then we will inform you through email the current delivery time.
Ø International shipments are usually subject to the destination country's custom & import duties. The recipient will be responsible for this expense and it will vary country to country.
Ø Please include a street address whenever possible. Expedited shipments cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes.
Ø Customer must include phone numbers so that our customer service department can contact you in the event of a shipping problem.
Ø Weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times.
Ø Pre-Order Books will be delivered to the customer once it will be available in our stock.

 

Return & Refund Policy:
We only accept returns if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged. The item should be returned to us within 12 days from the delivery date in original packaging. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package. There is no cash refund.

 

Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order anytime until your order starts shipping. You can not cancel an order that is being shipped

 

Seller Rules:
Each book details have been mentioned the seller’s name. Where the seller name is different than Alekip that means that particular book to be delivered from the mentioned book seller warehouse. In this case any further correspondence to be addressed to the particular Book seller. ·

 

Book Format:
Generally we will deliver the books as a Paperback Binding unless otherwise mention in the book details page. If Paperback Binding books are not available in stock then we will provide the Hardboard Binding however we will not charge any extra price to the customer.

 

RISK OF LOSS; OTHER TERMS OF SALE
The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you shall pass to you upon alekip.com’s delivery of the items to the carrier pursuant to alekip.com’s standard terms of sale. Alekip would take all necessary actions to deliver the goods at a shortest time but would not be responsible for delays by the carrier
